Business Banking provides services that are designed to improve your access to working capital and overcome cash flow problems caused by extended credit terms for customers or outlays on capital equipment.
Solutions to these and other working capital needs come in the form of Business Finance, comprising Capital Equipment Finance, Trade Finance and Debtor Finance, as well as Rental Finance for office automation, equipment and software through Sunlyn Rentals, an associate of Sasfin Bank Limited.
How we do it.
Office Equipment Rentals (through Sunlyn Rentals) allows you to finance assets such as computers, AV equipment, PABX’s, photocopiers etc. that are considered operating costs rather than balance sheet assets.
Capital Equipment Finance provides you with a finance facility to enable you to purchase equipment or plant and machinery without having to divert valuable working capital to the task.
Debtor Finance provides you with access to funds that are owed to you, (and an improved cash flow) before they have been collected from your debtors. This is done in one of two ways, Disclosed Debtor Financing whereby finance, along with a professional credit management and debtor administration service, is provided against your debtor’s book, or Invoice Discounting whereby credit sales are converted to cash to provide additional working capital.
Trade Finance allows you to finance the purchases of inventory and raw materials necessary to operate. These items can be financed whether they are locally or internationally sourced. Through our Export Trade Finance facility, your pre- and post shipment costs can be financed too.
International Trade Finance offers the same benefits as above, but to those with trading partners situated in other countries. It’s offered through SasCred, a Jersey registered company owned by Sasfin Asia Limited, Sasfin’s Hong Kong registered subsidiary.
