Sasfin Property Private Equity offers equity or debt financing for the acquisition of commercial and industrial property and, under certain circumstances, residential real estate.
We can provide funds in all of the three main categories of property finance: Senior Debt, Mezzanine and Equity. However, since access to equity is a major constraint for many investors in this asset class, equity funding for property transactions is a particular area of focus. But while we partner with clients on the equity component of a transaction, at the same time we will also provide the senior and mezzanine debt or, very often, source it at the best possible rates from the commercial banks.
How we do it.
Depending on the nature of the property and other parameters, we can provide equity finance of between R5 million and R30 million. We will consider flexible repayment terms of anything from six to 60 months.
