Business and Commerical Banking

Sasfin has exited its banking business which means:

  • The B\\YOND banking platform and mobile app are no longer accessible.
  • Sasfin no longer offers transactional banking or cash investment accounts.
  • Transactional accounts have been closed and cards deactivated. 

If you have not transferred your funds, they have been placed in a non-interest-bearing holding account, which incurs a monthly administration fee of R250.00.  To access your funds, please contact us at customerservice@sasfin.com or call 080 23 23 23 6

Kindly note the following:

  • If your account is FICA compliant: Please complete this Third-Party Indemnity Form and provide proof of your alternative bank account for the transfer.
  • If your account is not FICA complaint: You will be required to submit the relevant FICA documentation including the Third-Party Indemnity Form as well as proof of your alternative bank account before we can proceed with the transfer. 

Steps to process your payout:

  • Complete and sign the Third-Party Indemnity Form.
  • Attach a bank account confirmation letter for the account into which you would like the funds paid.
  • Email both documents to customerservice@sasfin.com ensuring your email also includes the account holder name(s), account number(s) and your mobile number. 

Important:  Payouts can only be made to accounts in the same name.  For example, ABC Shoes to ABC Shoes is acceptable;  ABC Shoes to XYZ Plumbing is not.
